Our second project started when I (Larry) found a source for some used Bourbon barrels, and bought 2 for use to experiment with. We decided (after a meeting in which we tasted Anchor’s barrel aged beer, and all loved it) to do an Old Ale in one (and eventually an Imperial Stout in the other, hosted by Dave & Mia) Contributors:
