We have been fortunate enough to come into possession of several used barrels that we have used for different beers. Our concept is simple, come up with a beer that several members are interested in, and a member to ‘host’ the barrel. The members brew the beer to the same general recipe, then bring it to the host, who fills the barrel with everyone’s contributions.
When the beer is mature, the contributes split the barrel by shares equal to their contribution. We have 3 beers in process right now, and should be starting a fourth by the end of the year.
