The Zymurgeeks are trying something new (for us).  At the last meeting, we got together, and decided on a common recipe (for Oktoberfest) that we will all try to brew (Everybody, right?). There are variations for 5 or 10 gal. grain, and 5 gal. Extract. We will get together in August, and see how different the same beer can be.
